The Black Tower by Betsy Byars
A new Herculeah Jones mystery that takes the girl sleuth to an old mansion with a dark tower to investigate the strange goings-on.  You won't be able to put this book down, especially after Herculeah is led right into the arms of the villain!  If you like mysteries, adventure and funny stories, you'll like this book.  Recommended for readers in grades 4 - 6.

 

Ivy and Bean and the Ghost that Had to Go by Annie Barrows
