Volunteers give their valuable time and talents to support the library staff in providing library programs, resources and services for patrons and guests. Examples of volunteer positions include technical services aide, children's and special program helper, research assistant, computer assistant, and shelf reader.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, fill out a volunteer form at the circulation desk of either library, or print out an application. Applicants will be interviewed, and must fill out the necessary paperwork and pass a background check. Once accepted, a volunteer is assigned to a volunteer position with specific duties.
